STIPULATION TO TEMPORARY RELIEF
AND CONSENT ORDER
COMES NOW the Parties, by and through their undersigned
attorneys, and upon the Wife's request for temporary relief
hereby stipulate and agree to the
1. Commencing on the f December, 1978, the
Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $110.00 per week as
temporary child support and temporary alimony.
Each payment shall be made to the .Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to DORIS J. WILLIAMS. In addition

there is hereby assessed the sum of S2.00 as statutory costs
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both

of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
i
~ advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
s while this order is in effect.
a ~ 2. The Wife shall have temporary exclusive use and pos-
~ session of the marital home and of the household goods and
. furnishings located therein for herself and the minor child,
a
~ and the husband shall be responsible for and shall make the
mortgage payments thereon.
3. The Wife shall have temporary exclusive use. and pos-
_ session of the 1976 Chevrolet Impala automobile.
4. The Wife shall have temporary custody of the minor
