consist of alternate weekends from Friday at 7:00 p.m. to
Sunday at 7:00 p.m. and such other reasonable times and places
as the parties shall agree upon.
5. The parties, and each of them, shall be restrained
from coming about, threatening, annoying, or harrassing the
other party, and the Husband shall be restrained from returning
to the marital home except to exercise visitation privileges
with and to the minor child. All and singular of the Sheriffs
of the State of Florida shall have the right and authority to
enforce this Stipulation and Consent Order without further i
Order of Court.
6. The parties agree that the terms of this Stipulation
may be adopted by this Court and incorporated by reference in
the following Consent Order, and they agree to abide by the
terms thereof. J~ -

CONSENT ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court on the
day of December, 1978, upon the foregoing Stipulation for
Temporary Relief entered into"between the parties, and the
Court being duly advised in~the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the foregoing Stipulation be,
and the same is hereby approved, ratified and adopted by this
Court and incorporated in this Order by reference and the parties,
jointly and severally, be and the same are hereby directed and
ordered to comply therewith.
