4, If the total sum with interest at the rate-prescribed
by law and all costs of this action accruing subseyuent to this
Judgment are not paid within three (3) days from this date, the C1crk
of this Court shall sell the property at public sale on ~a~s

highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at the ~a?s'E•
door of the Courthouse, in Saint Lucie County, in Fort~Pierce, Florida,
in accordance with Section-45.031, Florida Statutes.
5. Plaintiff, SUMMIT BANK, shall advance all subsequent
costs of this action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk
if Plaintiff is not the purchaser of the property at the sale. If
Plaintiff, SUi~;IT BANK, is the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit
said Plaintiff's bid with the total sum with interest and costs
accruing subs-c,;ent to this Jucgr;,ent or such part of it as is
necessary to pay the bid in full.

6. On filing the certificate of title the Clerk-shall
c:istribute the proceeds of the sale, so far as they are sufficient,
