ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN AD LITEM
THIS CAUSE having come on upon motion of the Plaintiffs,
through counsel, for the appointment of Guardian and Attorney
Ad Litem for the absent unknown defendants, defendants in the
military services of-the United States of America, minor defendants
and also to represent defendants non compos mentis or otherwise
under legal disability, if any, and it appearing to the Court
that such Motion is well taken and the Court being otherwise .
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. That RICHARD D. SIV"r,ED, JR., an attorney learned in the
law, be and he is hereby appointed as guardian ad litem for all
of the absent defendants, defendants in the military service of
