January 1979, for an entry of a F~na1 Judgment as provided
by t're laws of Florida upon tre Plaintiffs' Complaint to Quiet
Title 'oy adverse possession and a default having been entered
in this action against the known-and unknown. defendants and the
Court being fully and further advised on the premises, in considers-
tion trereof, it is therefore
ORDER~'D a.:d ADJUDGED as follows: .
1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject natter hereto.
E 2. That the equities are wit:. the Plaintiffs.
3. That the default judgment. entered in this action be and
is hereby confirmed, ratified and made absolute. .
