KIRBY UPRIGHT, to me known and being first duly sworn, deposes and
says: '
1. That he is the duly appointed and acting Guardian of

the property of GEORGE W. HENSLER and MARIE A. HENSLER, incompetents.
2. That the said GEORGE W. HENSLER and MARIE A. HENSLER,
his wife, are the owners of the following described real property
located in St. Lucie County, Florida:
The Easterly 1/2 of Lot 2, and all of Lots
3 and 4, and the Westerly 1/2 of Lot 5,
Block 23, SUNLAND GARDENS, according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, at
page 32, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. That he knows of his own personal knowledge that
GEORGE W. HENSLER is one and the same person as GEORGE HENSLER.
3. That he knows of his own personal knowledge that
MARIE A. HENSLER is one and the same person as MARIE HENSLER.
