This cause coming before the Court on a Petition f~+ a Sup~,emental
.a.
Order and it appearing to the Court that from the Petition that the Estate of
the deceased, JOSEPH HOLLERITTSR was finalized on June 18, 1975 notwithstanding
a mortgage and promissory note on October 4, 1966 and not having been indicated
satisfied; that no satisfaction was made, executed or filed as to the said mortgage
but that the descendants of the deceased and all parties concerned in the said mort-
gage, were satisfied and the personal representative of the estate, being the daughter
of the deceased, is ready willing and~able to execute and deliver to the mortgagors,
satisfaction of the said mortgage provided the said daughter was properly authorized;
that the petitioner,..tti*:N McMAHON has petitioned to the Court for a Supplemental
Order authorizing her to execute and deliver a satisfaction consistent with her
findings, to-wit: That the mortgage and note have been paid in full and your Petitioner
having filed her petition according to law requesting and-moving that she be so author-
! ized and the Court being fully advised therein thereupon.
IT IS HEREBY CONSIDERED ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

1. That the Bstate of JOSEPH HOLLERITTER be and it is hereby reopened-

2. .ANN McMAHON was the personal representative named executrix of the

Estate of JOSEPH HOLLERITTER, deceased, and is the proper person to execute a Satis-

faction of Mortgage for the said estate and that the said personal representative or

executrix, be and she is hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver a
Satisfaction of Mortgage as petitioned, satisfying that certain mortgage executed

by Charles A.. McCorts and Jacolyn L. McCorts, his wife and dated October 4, 1966
and recorded in O.R. Book 156 page 470 , public records of St. Lucie County,

i Florida.
~ 3. That upon having complied with the hereinabove directives and Order,
by executing and delivering to the mortgagees a Satisfaction of Mortgage, said Sat-

~ isfaction dated December 29, 1478, that further administration herein be dispensed
