gage or the note shall be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable
in any respect, then in such event the remainder of this Mort-
gage or the Note shall not be affected thereby and the Mort- -
gage or the Note shall remain in full force and effect except
with respect to such term, covenant or condition.
25. All notices, consents or other communications
to be given hereunder shall not be effective unless in writing
. and given by delivering the the same or mailing the same,
postage prepaid, to either party hereto at its address above
stated~or such other address as shall have been furnished to
the notifying party on a notice given in the manner provided
in this Article.
