All that lot, piece and parcel of land situate,
lying and being in the County of St. Lucie and State of
Florida, described as follows:
From the Northeast corner of the West one-half of

38 East; run hest along the eastc~est quarter line of distance
of 603.75 feet to the point of beginning; thence, on a back
Dangle of 89°20' run Southerly to the South line of Section 10;
thence run West along the South line of Section 10 to the
Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10; thence
Northerly along the West line of the Southeast Quarter to the
Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter; thence run East along
the North line-of the Southeast Quarter to the point of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT the right of way for State Road 68-(Orange Avenue)
€ over the North 202 feet of the above property, and LESS AND EXCEPT
the right of way for the drainage canals over the South 49 feet
of the above property.
Together with all of Seller's right, title and interest
to an easement for ingress and egress over the west 6 1/2 feet
