lying and being in the County of St. Lucie and State of
Florida, described as follows:
From the Northeast corner of the West one-half of
the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 35 South, I:ange
38 East; run idest along the eastwest quarter line of distance
of 603.75 feet to the point of beginning; thence, on a back
angle of 89°20' run Southerly to the South line of Section 10;
thence run West along the South line of Section 10 to the
Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10;-thence
Northerly along the West line of the Southeast Quarter to the
Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter; thence run East along
the North line of the Southeast Quarter to the-point of beginning.

over the North 202 feet of the above property, and LESS AND EXCEPT
