is the true and lawful owner and holder of a certain .mortgage given by
Louis C. Tomsick and Elizabeth M. Tomsick
to Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., bearing date the 17 day of

in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie Cour_ty
State of Florida, given to secure the sum of Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Fou° ty
Dollars and 40/100*****'******************Dollars (S 8,840.40 ) , evidenced by a
certain installment note, upon the following described property situated, lying
and being in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot No. 231-II , in that certain condominium known
as Outdoor Resorts of America at Nettles Island
as shown by Plat recorded in the office of the Circuit
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in plat

has received full payment of said indebtedness, and does hereby acknowledge
satisfaction of said mortgage, and hereby directs the Clerk of said Circuit
Court to cancel the same of record.
