O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 16th day of January,
1979, upon the Motion to Dismiss filed by the Husband, and the
Court having heard argument of counsel and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Dismiss, be and the
same is hereby denied and the Husband shall have ten (10) days from
the date of this Order to-file his Answer to the Petition for
Dissolution of Marriage filed herein.
DONE AND ORDERED-in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
