- ORDER FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF
• ~ OF THE WIFE
This cause came on for hearing on January 12, 1979, upon
the motion of the Wife for temporary relief, and the Court having
heard the testimony of the Wife and the testimony of the Husband
and the arguments of their respective counsel, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Wife is hereby awarded temporary custody of the four
minor children of the parties born of the marriage, to wit: DEBRA
WICHNOSKI, AUDRA WICHNOSKI, CARA WICHNOSKI and GUY WICHIZOSKI. Rea-
sonable visitation rights are reserved to the Husband. As tempo-
. rary child support for each of the minor children named above, the
Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $22.50 per week for each
child, for a total of $90.00 per week. Said payments are to com-

mence on the ~ 'day of January, 1979, and continue uninterrupted
-until further order of this Court.
2. The Husband shall pay over to the Wife one-half of his
net earnings from any additional job in which he shall be employed,

( other than his job as an auto mechanic at Barrie Reed's Auto Plaza,

Inc., Fort Pierce, Florida. The Husband is hereby ordered to keep the

Wife informed of any additional employment engaged in after the
date of this hearing, and to account to the Wife the nature of the

job performed and the net amount earned.
x 3. The Wife is hereby awarded temporary exclusive possession
of the marital home of the parties located at 1136 N.W. Friar Street,
Port St. Lucie, Florida, including the furniture, fixtures and
appliances contained therein, and the Husband is~hereby ordered to

vacate the home.
4. The Wife is hereby granted and awarded temporary possession
