THIS CAUSE having come on before me upon Plaintiff's Motion
for the appointment of a guardian ad litem, attorney ad litem and
administrator ad litem for the defendant, MARY SAUNAS; for all the
unknown defendants claiming interest by, through, under or against
the said MARY SAUNAS, whose last known residence address is 220

Tilton Street, Hammonton, New Jersey; and for all unknown defendants

claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the property here-
inafter described and it appearing to the Court that MARY SAUNAS, -
and all unknown defendants herein have been duly and properly served
constructively by publication of Notice of Suit, that none of said
defendants has filed any papers. in this cause or made any appearance

within the time set forth in the Notice of Suit, and that the
Plaintiffs are unable to determine whether any of said defendants

are in the military services of the United States of America or are
_ incompetent, or whether any of said defendants, are minors, and it
further appearing to this Court that the appointment of Guardian Ad
