O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the 15th day
of January, 1979, on Petitioner's. Rule To Show Cause and Respondent
having been present in Court and the Court being fully advised in
a
the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent pay the sum of $33.00
every two weeks, beginning January 26, 1979, $20.00 of which shall be
credited to current support and the remaining $13.00 shall be applied
to arrears in the amount of $805.00. In addition, there is hereby
assessed an additional $2.00 per .payment as Clerk's fee for receiving
and disbursing support payments. This matter shall be reviewed by
the Court in April 1979, and if at that time Respondent shall be found
to be in arrears in the payments as~herein set forth, he shall be
~ sentenced to serve thirty (30) days in the St. Lucie County Jail,
Fort Pierce, Florida.
