ORDER ON RULE TO SHOW CAUSE AND
ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the 15 day of
January ,19 79 on I~etitioner's Rule To Show Cause and
Respondent having been present in Court and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, it is,
ADJUDGED that JAMES MARTIN had the financial ability
to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty of will-
ful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is attached
hzreto and by reference made a part hereof. It is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt
_ JAMES MARTIN is~hereby sentenced to servethirtydays ( 30)
in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort.Pierce, Florida, commencing on the first
day of JULY ,19 79 or as soon thereafter as he may be found.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
E incarceration) and be released-by paying the sum of $ 640..00 (arrears)
~ :due as of the 12 _day of January ,1979 to the Clerk of the

s Circuit Court of this County, together with cots of his arrest. You and

your duly authorized deputies are therefore,
ALL AND SINGULAR OF T~iE SHERIFFS are directed to take into custody

~ Sheriff of Sc. Lu.:ie County, Florida, for the execution of the above de-

w scribed judgment and sentence. The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this
Court shall be promptly notified of his arrest.
