This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADIUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
JENNIFER LE ANN GUSTAFSON, born December 20, 1975
minor childt~, the sum of 515.00 p~ week plus an additional $2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
26th ~y of January 19 79 ,and thereafter on Friday
of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal. money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of S t . Lucie County,
P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida _
Florida,/and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Probation Department,
Ogeechee Judicial Circuit, P. O. Box 238, Statesboro, Georgia 30458
