Zhis cause came on for trial the 4th day of December, 1978, and the Oaurt having given full consideration ~ all the evidence, finds and determines: Zfii.s court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husbanri and wife now exists between the parties;-and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
