Zhis cause came on for trial the 4th day of December, 1978, and the Oaurt
having given full consideration ~ all the evidence, finds and determines: Zfii.s
court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husbanri and wife now exists between the parties;-and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
O~ AAID AU7LlDGID as follows
1. DIS90LU'I'ICN OF M~IRRIAGE: Zhe marriage between BII~ZAM E. BE~1ER and
ENI~1 DLAI~ BEf~t be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties a~i each of
them are hereby forevnx freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
