FINAL JUDGMENT

THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 17th day of January,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
- parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
_ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between FRANTIC
KINKEL and IRENE F. KINKEL be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. ALIMONY. Commencing the 1st day of March, 1979,
a
FRANK KINKEL shall pay to IRENE F. KINKEL the sum of $200.00 each

and every month, as and for alimony.

s Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
Y
t by him remitted promptly to IRENE F. KINKEL. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
