Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt , acknowlrell;c~s

is subject in every respect to the Ik~rlaration of Condominium as to the condominium
in which his ~u~it is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the s~une are attached to the 1>rclaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rrrles and
Regulations, copy Qf projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and a l 1 Mrenclnrents to the aforesaid 1)e -
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Inco~lx~ration, Ily-laws and Dkclaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the, Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of-said Ueclaration, its.
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and maliage-
ment of the Condomini~mt property and is in the best interests and for tl~e benefit of_
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all oc~nrers of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provisiarl of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. 1'~rrchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said 1)CClaration of Condo-
miniinn and Exhibits attached thereto, and. agrees that the assessment iuuler the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and tiie provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said 1'crrchaser acknowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O?.mers' Association
.has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiran parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Ieclaration of Covenants

Rrrchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducen?ents, i f ariy, are

to, and the common expenses anil the scans due under the Property OH~~er's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warrairty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guar~-ulteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
