does not survive me, be paid out of my general estate as
an expense in the settlement thereof and that there shall
be no proration of any such taxes, interest or penalties.
Third: I give and bequeath all tangible
personal property owned by me at my death and wheresoever
located, together with any policies of insurance in respect

thereof, to my wife Catherine G. Ryan and, if she shall ~
predecease me, in as nearly equal shares as possible to my
children me surviving. I direct that all costs of packing,
shipping and insuring such tangible personal property shall

be regarded as a general administration expense of my estate.
