property, or the proceeds thereof, shall not be used in
satisfying any legacy for which a marital deduction is
allowable in determining my taxable estate for federal
estate tax purposes except to the extent that my estate
may not include sufficient other assets to satisfy.-such
legacy.
(2) All the rest, residue and remainder of
such property to First National City Bank and Catherine
G. Ryan as trustees under agreement dated July 11, 19?2
made by me as grantor, to be administered and distributed
upon the same terms and conditions as the property other=

wise held under such trust agreement.
Anything hereinbefore contained to the contrary
notwithstanding, in the event that my wife Catherine shall
not survive me, all property disposed of under this article
