Fifth: My executor and ancillary executor shall
have with respect to any property, real or -persoinal, whether
principal or income, whether owned by me at the time of my
death or thereafter received or held under any provision of
this will including without limitation by the specification
thereof article Sixth and until the actual distribution
thereof the following powers, authorities and discretions
without limitation by their specification:
1. To retain any such property whether or
not the same is of the class in which trustees
i are authorized by law or any rule of court to
invest trust funds and whether or not the same
Q is productive of income;
~ 2. To sell at either public or private sale,
lease, sublease, improve, otherwise alter, mort-
gage, exchange and grant options for any of the
foregoing as to any such property either for cash
or-on credit or partly for cash and partly on
credit, and including to the trust referred to
in article Fourth of this my will and irrespective
of whether or not my wife Catherine shall survive
me; -
3. To .invest and reinvest in and to acquire
by exchange property of any character including
