end to mortgage or pledge as collateral for any
such loan any or all of the property which at
any time may be held;
8. To have entire discretion as to whether -
payments may be made on account of executor's or
ancillary executor's commissions and attorneys'
fees prior to any accounting and her determination
in this respect shall be final and conclusive upon
all persons interested hereunder whether or not the
amount of their respective interests and shares are
or may be thereby affected; -
9. To have entire discretion as to whether
executor's or ancillary executor's commissions,
attorneys' fees and other administration expenses
shall be taken as estate tax or income tax deduc-
tions and her determination in this respect shall
be final and conclusive upon all persons interested
a hereunder whether or not the amount of their respec-
tive interests or shares are or may be thereby affected;
~ provided however that my executor or ancillary executor
~ in her sole discretion may make such principal and
income adjustments as she may deem proper;
10. To cause any share allocated or distri-
buted under this will to be cow osed of items of
property different in kind from any other share;
11. In distributing any property to trans-
fer and pay over the same in kind or in cash or
partly in kind and partly in cash, provided, however,
that in distributing any property in kind my executor-
or ancillary executor shall take into account the
value of such property as of the date of distri- -
bution thereof ;
