shall be entitled to and may pay without prior court
order or public accounting annually or at other suit-
able intervals her or his compensation as such executor
or ancillary executor, also counsel fees or other admin-
istration expenses and the written consent thereto or
approval or ratification thereof_in the same manner
or by the same person or persons as provided in the
preceding subparagraph (b) as respects accountings
shall likewise be conclusive and binding on all persons
(including minors and persons thereafter born) having.
