forth above, and particularly that the final judgment shall specify their joint
and several liability.
3. In consideration of this agreement, plaintiff agrees to cease further
litigation of the claim, and to cut off the running of finance chsrges as of
November 25, 1978. Plaintiff will, however, be entitled to interest at the 4

legal rate from the date of judgment until it shall be fully satisfied according t
to law. .
4. By signature herebelow, each defendant represents that he has =
