LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE N0. 78-1200-FR IN RE: The Marriage Of: THOMAS MOORS, Husband and VONA MOORS, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 18th day of January, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between THOMAS MOORS and VONA MOORS, be and the .same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. The Wife is granted the custody of the two minor children of the marriage, THOMAS~E. MOORS, JR., date of birth February~5, 1976, and DONNA MOORS, date of birth August s 13, 1973, with reasonable rights of visitation reserved to the Husband, THOMAS MOORS. 3. SUPPORT. Commencing on the ~ day~of January, 1979, v THOMAS MOORS shall pay to VONA MOORS the sum of per week per child for a total of $G~'- ~ per week for the support of the minor children named above. The Husband shall be respon- sible for the payment of support until each child reaches the age of 18 years. S 4. ALIMONY.
