This cause came on for trial the 18th day of January,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,

-finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject i
i
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MICHAEL
G. KRAIN and KATHERINE ANN KRAIN be and the same is herd~y dissolved,- and the -
xparties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

- 2. Ci1STODY. Custody of MELISSA ANN.KRAIN, minor child of
i
the. parties, is hereby awarded to KATHERINE ANN BRAIN, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to MICHAEL G. KRAIN.
3. S(7PPORT. Commencing the 26th day of January, 1979,
MICHAEL G. KRAIN shall pay to KATHERINE ANN KRAIN the sum of $30.00 each and -
every week, for the support of the child named above.

- 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
~ parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
