FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 18th day of January,
1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has juris-
diction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that
the relation of husband and wife now exists between -the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is there~spon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WILLIA~'+~I
R. BACON, Husband, and SHARON M. BACON, Wife, be and the same
is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are .
hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore

existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

f ~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of TERRI LYNNE BACON and WANDA MARIE
BACON, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to
SHARON M. BACON, Wife, with reasonable visitation rights reserved.

3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 26th day of January, 1979 the
Husband, during his life and during the minority of the children,
shall pay to the 4life the sum of $25.00 per week. The payments
} are to be mailed or delivered to the Wife so as to reach her on
