FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
j~ THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 16th day of

r January, 1979 upon. the pleadings filed herein, and the Court
li having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed
li the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and

determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
';subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and ~

"wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is
!irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereuo_on ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTIONJ OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JUDY C.
;PARTRIDGE and DAVID N. PARTRIDGE, be and the same is hereby
dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
~~freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between

''them and from the obligations arising. therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JENNIFER PARTRIDGE and DAVID
`.,,PARTRIDGE, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to

;;JUDY C. PARTRIDGE, with reasonable visitation rights reserved
~~to DAVID N. PARTRIDGE.
3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPOF.T. Commencing on the 19th day

~'of January, 1979, the Husband will pay to the Wife the sum of

;;$125.00 per month per child payable bi-weekly at the rate of ~
