O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the wife's :Motion
for Order_to Compel Discovery and upon the wife's Motion to
move Cause from non-jury trial, and upon the Court hearing
argument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is
ORDERED:
1. what the wife's Motion for Order to Compel Discovery
is denied. However, by his refusal to answer the questions
which were certified, the husband shall not be allowed to seek
~ custody or to seek an award of alimony in this cause.

2. That the wife's Motion to Remove Cause from non-jury
trial docket is granted, and that said cause is reset for hear-
ing on the non-jury trial docket for Monday, February 5, 1979,
~ at 9:30 A.M. This Order shall serve as a notice of trial for
said hearing. i
DONE AND ORDERED in Ft, Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
