On the Petition of SEYlrpUR SILVERMAN for administration of the
Estate of HAROLD E. BISHOP, to the Court finding that the Decedent died on
the 22nd day of March, 1977, and that SEYMOUR SILVERMAN is entitled to
appointment as Personal Representative by reason of Waiver of all of the
heirs and beneficiaries to act in said capacity, and having elected SEYMOUR
SILVERMAN to act as Personal Representative of the Estate of the above
captioned Decedent, it is ~ -
li ADJUDGED that SEYMOUR SILVERMAN is appointed Personal Representa-
! tive of the Estate of HAROLD E. BISHOP, Deceased, and that upon taking the
prescribed oath, filing Designation of Resident Agent and Acceptance, and
