EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made the 21st day of December, 1978 ,between
the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida Banking Corporation
party of the first part, and Michael B. Kane and Karen B. Kane, his wife
Parties of the second part;
WITNESSETH, WHEREAS, the said parties of the second part executed
a certain promissory note dated June 3, 1977 , whereby
they promised to pay to the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, party .

WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the
first part, to secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the'
