SNEED, JR., BSQUIRE, who, being duly sworn, says that he is the Attorney of the Lienor herein, Wickes Lumber, a Division of Wickes Corporation, whose address is 3315 Oleander Blvd. Fort Pierce Florida, and that in pursuant of a contract with Yorktown Construction Co. as agent for David J. Lessner lienor furnished materials con- sisting of: -trusses for roof and some spruce of a total value of Tv~Q Thousand SLxty-seven Dollars and Ninety-four Cents - of which there remains unpaid $ 1048.35 for which amount it claims a lien on the following described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida: Lots 1 and 2, Block 747, Section 26, Port St. Lucie Subdivision 967 Horizon Lane Port St. Lucie, FL 33452 ! owned by David J. Lessner The undersigned Attorney further says that lienor furnished the first of said materials ~ on Mav 22 1978 and the last of said same on May 22 1978 and that the lienor served his notice to owner on the 16th day of September , ! ~ 19 78 by registered-mail.
