PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned, as guardian of the property of FRANK WARD
SMITH, Incompetent, alleges:
1. The need for the continuation of this guardianship no
longer exists by reason of the fact-that the Incompetent died
on November 26, 1978, in St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final return containing a
full and correct account of all receipts and disbursements of
all the ward's property of which petitioner has control since
the last return filed herein, which return includes a statement
a
of the ward's assets.
3. Petitioner represents that copies of this petition and
notice of hearing has been sent to PEOPLE'S NATIONAL BANK AND s
TRUST COMPANY, Bay City, .Michigan, guardian of the person and ~
property of MARIE LOUISE SMITH, I~~ mpetent, wife of the de-
ceased, by certified mail on the ~i day of ,
19~, and to the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT P RCE, s personal
representative of the Estate of FRANK WARD SMITH, Deceased, by
