PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned, as guardian of the property of
LINDA RUTH NANDKINS, incompetent, alleges:
1. The need for the continuation of this guardian-
ship no longer exists by reason of the fact that the said
LINDA RUTH HANDKINS has reached majority.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final return
containing a full and correct account of all receipts and
disbursements of all the ward's property of which petitioner
- has control since the last return filed, herein, if any, or
from the commencement of the administration of this
guardianship if no prior return has been filed, which return
' includes a statement of the ward's assets.

f 3. Petitioner represents that a copy of the final
3 accounting aforesaid, a copy of this Petition for Discharge

~ of Guardian and a copy of Notice of Hearing has been served
on the said LINDA RUTH HANDKINS and she has executed a waiver
of notice of hearing on this Petition and has consented to
the entry of an order approving the final accounting of the
guardian and discharging the guardian and the surety on the.
guardian's bond, without delay, notice, or hearing.

and discharging petitioner as guardian and releasing the
surety on petitioner's bond, if any, from. further liability.
