This cause having come for hearing on the 11th day of
December, 1978, on the .petition of the Trustee herein, of

which hearing due notice was given to the creditors by mail

in accordance with the Order of this Court dated November 27,
1978, and no objections to the petition having been filed and
no adverse interest having been represented at said hearing.
Now upon the application of the Trustee, and all proceed-

ings had before me at said hearing, and it appearing that
there will be a surplus left for this estate upon the quit ~ i1
claim of the property described in the petition, and that the
quit claim of the said property subject to all -liens and

ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
That Emile h. Schneider, as and only as Trustee of the
captioned estate, be, and he hereby is, authorized to quit ;
claim the following described property to Sandra B. Beard for ~
