_ FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial before this Court
without benefit of a jury, and this Court having heard the evidence,
it is upon consideration,
ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Plaintiffs, JOHN M. MASCARA and SUSAN M. MASCARA, his
wife, are entitled *_o the injunctive releif prayed for in their
j Complaint against the Defendants, JAMES F. GRIMES and KAY C. GRIMES,

and against those in privity with them, JOHN M. LAMPLOUGH and MARY
€ S. LAMPLOUGH, for which this Court enjoins the further violation
# of the terms and conditions of the leases between the parties.
2. The Defendants, JAMES F. GRIMES and KAY C. GRIMES, shall

pay Plaintiffs $1,500.00 as reasonable attorney fees, p
costs, taxable upon Motion, for which let execution issue.
3. The Third Party Defendants, JOHN M. LAMPLOUGH and MARY S.
LAMPLOUGH, shall pay to JAMES F. GRIMES and KAY C. GRIMES $1500.00
