4, The Third Party Defendants, JOHN M. LAMPLOUGH and MARY
S. LAMPLOUGH, shall recover nothing on their Counterclaim.
S. The temporary injunction previously issued is made
permanent and shall expire upon expiration of the lease of JOHN M.
MASCARA and SUSAN M. MASCARA, his wife; with JAMES F. GRIMES and
KAY C. GRIMES, The

Plaintiffs and their surety, Fidelity and Deposit Company of
Maryland, are discharged from their bond posted on the temporary
injunction.
6. Jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this -
suit is retained for entry of such further orders as this Court
deems just.
