out of said home and remove such personal belongings as he may _
need and the Wife shall have the exclusive right to~live in the
marital home during the pending dissolution of marriage case,
along with her son and mother-in-law.
5. The Wife shall have the temporary right to use
the 1979 Mercury automobile. -
6. The Husband shall pay the mortgage payments on
the marital home, the loan payments on the Wife's automobile, the
electric bills, the utilities bills, medical bills for the Wife's
continuing medical problem with the chiropractor, assist with the
grocery bills for his mother's food and,~in addition,. the Husband
shall pay the sum of $50 per week to the Wife as temporary alimony.
7. The Husband shall pay to the law firm of Brennan,
McAliley,'Hayskar & McAlileythe sum of $250 as temporary attorney's
fees, said sum to be paid within fifteen days from the date of this
Amended Order.
