This cause. came on for trial the 19th day of January,
1979, and the Court having given full coa~sideratian to all the evidence,
finds. and determines: This Court has jurisdictior? of the parties and _

subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDC~D as follows:
1. DISSOLOTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage betKeen
NANCY SALT G1i0NACHAN and JOHN R. GRGNACHAN be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bands of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.

2. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the

parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
