AMENDED ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing on the 16th
day of .January, 1979 upon the Motion for Modification of
Final Judgment filed by the Husband and the Amended Answer
thereto, filed by the Wife, and the Court having heard
argument of counsel and the testimony of the witnesses
and the Court finding from said evidence that there is a
failure to demonstrate a sufficient change of circumstances
prom the date of entry of the Final Judgment of Dissolution
of Marriage awarding the mother custody of the three
minor children, and the Court further finding that the

Husband has failed to pay any support since the last
f
t
E Order of this Court and that said Husband does not come
into this Court with clean hands, it is upon consideration i
s ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
a
(1) That the Motion for Modification of Final .
Judgment as to the change in custody of the two minor
daughters, be and the same is hereby denied, and this
Court does hereby require the Husband to return the two
minor daughters to the actual custody of the mother at
_ the end of the school year and further, reserves all ~
k reasonable rights of visitation to the Husband and allow
said minor children to visit with said Husband at all
reasonable times and places.
