HomeMy WebLinkAbout2792 (2) That the Husband is in arrears on the chi-ld support payments required by this Court's Order dated October 18, 1978-and has made no payments for a period of thirteen (13) weeks since the entry of said Order. That the Wife, CHERYL D. BALIUS, shall have and recover, of and from the former Husband, JAMES E. BALIUS, JR., the sum of $260.00, in addition to the previous sum awarded of $4,620.00, making a total sum of i $4,880.00 due from the former Husband to the former Wife, ~ for all of which let execution issue. I I (3) That the former Husband, JAMES E. BALIUS, I t JR., pay-forthwith to the law firm of Brennan, McAliley, .t Hayskar & McAliley the sum of $300.00 as a reasonable attorney's ` fee for representing the Wife in this cause. } - # (4) That the former Husband, JAMES E. BALIUS, JR., pay the sum of $150.00 to the Wife, CHERYL-D. BALIUS, as reimbursement for her costs in coming to this hearing from Louisiana, plus reimburse her the sum of $32.00 for her motel room. (5) That the former Husband, JAMES E. BALIUS, JR., shall commence immediately to pay the $20.00 a week .child support for the minor child, which is presently living with the mother, and shall also pay the sums listed above ' forthwith, including the back support payments, and that f f ~ when the minor children are returned to the mother at the ~ end of the school year, the Husband shall commence to pay ~ $20.00 per week for each of the minor daughters, as well r as the $20.00 per week which he is now paying for the support r of the minor son. ~ (6) That the Husband shall make the aforementioned • payments to the Clerk of this Court and by him shall be remitted ~ - ~ promptly t the Wife,r H RYL D.
