EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made the 18th da of January, 1979 ,between
the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Flor da Banking Corporation,
party of the first part, and John T. Wi]son and Catherine R. Wilson,
Parties of the second party his wife
_ WITNESSETH, WHEREAS, the said parties of the second part executed
a certain promissory note dated July 22, 1974 , whereby i
they pro~aised to pay to the SUN HANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, party
of the first part, on order the sum of

Interest at 9$
WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the
first part, to secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the
following described premises, to-wit:
More fully described in that certain mortgage deed recorded in
Official Records Book 230 at page 20, filed July 23, 1974 in the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

AND WHEREAS, the said party of the first part is now the holder of said
note and mortgage and the said parties of the second part are now the
owners of the said mortgaged premises,
NOW THEREFORE, the said parties hereto, for themselves and their assigns,
hereby mutually agree that the time for the payment of the unpaid
balance of $59,633.21 due on said note be,
and the same is hereby extended to be paid in the following manner:.
Interest only for a 13 month period 'to begin July 1, 1978 with
regular payment of $684.64 to resume ,August 1, 1979, and interest
remaining at the rate of 9$.
