KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a. certain mortgage given by James C. Weeks and
Darlene G. Weeks, his wife
- - dated September 15, 1972 ,and recorded
in the public records of . St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 206 on page
1!115 ,securing the payment of the sum of Fourteen thousand eight hundred dollars
and no/100----------------------------------------------Dollars(t14,800.00 )
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, cloth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit{!aim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
