Executor under this Will and as Guardian of the Property of rry

ARTICLE V
- In the event the said LAWRENCE KAhZER is for any reason
ua~~%ill.ing or arable to serve as Executor under this Will and or
as Gu~:rdiar~ o~ the Property of my daughters, then, in such an

ARTICLE VI
In the event that either one of my daughters shall pre-
decease me or perish with me in a common disaster, then such
portion of the estate that such daughter would take in accordance
vritli the provisions of this Will, shall pass to the survivor; and
in the event that both of my daughters shoald predecease me or
perish with me in a common disaster, then the bequest 'rereunder
to my daughters shall lapse.
ARTICLE VII
If either of my daughters, or both of them, shall pass av`~t,
vrithin ninety days from the date of my decease, then they shall
have been deemed to have "perished with me in a common disaster"
for the purpose of making distribution under this Dill.
