Come: Petitioners, LAWRENCE KANZER and W. JEAN PARKS, and
file this Petition for an Order of Administration Unnecessary in
the Estate of Josephine B. Damler, a/k/a Josephine C. Damler,
deceased, alleging:
1. Josephine B, Damler, a/k/a Josephine C. Damler, a resident
of Dade County, Florida, residing at 13737 N.E.~3rd Court, North
Mia.*ni,Florida, died on March 17, 1975 in Dade County, Florida.
2. Decedent died testate leaving a Will dated May 28, 1968,
anti the said Will was duly admitted to Probate in this Court on
April 22, 1975. •
3. Under said Will the sole beneficiaries of Decedent's
estate are her two minor daughters, SALLY C. DANCER, age 16 and
GLORIA C. DANCER, age. 14, who are Decedent's sole heirs at law.
- 4. In a companion case to this one (i.e., Estate of SALLY C.

D_aMLER and GLORIA C. DANCER, minors, Case No. 75-2460) filed
in this Court, the Court appointed Petitioner, W. JEAN PARKS
I as Guardian•of cne persons of said minors and Petitioner LAWRENCE
E
~ K~_~ZER, as Guardian of their property.

5. The estate of Decedent consists of:
