WHEREFORE, Petitioners pray: ~
That the Court will enter an order of Administration (
Unnecessary providing:
1. The above-described real property is owned by Sally C.
Damler and Gloria C. Damler, as sole heirs at law of their
mother, decedent, each daughter owning an undivided one-half
interest in same as tenants in common.
2. The Florida State Motor Vehicle Commissioner shall
transfer title and registration in the 1967 Camaro Chevrolet
described above to Lawrence Kanzer as Guardian of the Property
' of the two minors.

3. All Financial Institutions listed above shall pay~to
Lawrence Kanter, Guardian of the Property of the two minors all
~ funds held by them, for use in payment of the debts of the Decedent
r
and the balance for the care, support and maintenance of the minors.
