This rau:~e c~~:ne on to be heard before me upon the sworn
Petition of T,AidRE~;CL•' KAN2ER, executor of the Estate of JOSEPHINE
B . D111?iLER, a/k/a JOSEPHINE C . DANCER, and Guardian of the property
of SALLY C. D~'1MLER and GLORIA C. DANCER, the two minor daughters
of Decedent, and her sole heirs at law,-and the sworn petition
of W. JEAN PARKS, Guardian of the persons of said minors, for
entry of an Order of Administration Unnecessary and it appearing
to the Court that the assets of the estate will be ample to pay
all debts of the estate after transfer of assets to a Guardianship
Case also assigned to this Court( Case No. 75-2460), and it appearing
that the averments of the sworn petition are true and no material
facts have been concealed and that the estate is~entitled to an
Order of Administration Unnecessary, it is hereby
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as fellows:
1. That the aggregate value of the estate( even before
payment of bills) does not exceed $10,000.00, and administration
of the Estate is not necessary. _
2. That the following described real property is owned
by SALLY C. DANCER and GLORIA C. DANCER, minors, as sole 'r:eirs
at law of their mother, Decedent, each owning an undivided one-
~ half interest in same as tens in common.
Lots 11 and.l2, Block 447 of Port St. Lucie, Section
10, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, `
recorded in Plat-Book 12, Pg. 49, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County,Florida _
