ORDER OF ADMINISTRATDN UNNECESSARY
Deceased.
Comes now Lawrence Kanzer,~Executor of the Estate of Josephine
B. Damler, a/k/af Josephine C. Damler, Deceased, and.Guardian of
the Property of Sally C. And Gloria C. Damler, minor daughters of
Decedent( See:-Companion case: no. 75-2460, also assigned to Judge
Parker), and files. this verified Petitition to Amernd Order of
Administration Unnecessary entered by the Court on May 12, 1975,
in support hereof shows:
1. At the time of the hearing on the Order of May 12, 1975,
your Petitioner did not know that decedent owned a 1968 Dodge auto,
I.D. No. DM27G8D119664, with estimated value of about $50.00 (being
in very deteriorated con6ition~,
• 2. Having just learned from the two minors of the existence
of said Dodge and since it is a cause of nuisance to the minors,
and a possible violation of law if not sold or given away, it is
requested that the Court amend the Order of May 12, 1975, only
to include the Dodge in the total assets of the estate. The total -
without the Dodge was $8,794.86 according to the items listed iti
~ the Order. By including the added $50 value of the Dodge, the
t
total assets would still be well under the $10,000.00 maximum
~ allowed by law for administrations unnecessary.
_ 3. Petitioner asks the Court to direct and order the Florida
Motor Vehicle Commissioner to transfer the title and registration .
